‌AISI1010 carbon steel bar/rod

AISI1010 steel is a high-quality carbon structural steel with good plasticity and toughness, easy to process and form, and has good weldability.

Chemical Composition（%）:

Carbon (C) ‌ : 0.08-0.13%‌

‌Manganese (Mn) ‌ : 0.30-0.60%‌

‌Phosphorus (P) ‌ : ≤0.040%‌

‌Sulfur (S) ‌ : ≤0.050%‌

In addition, AISI 1010 May also contain trace amounts of other alloying elements, such as chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo), etc., but the content of these elements is usually very low. ‌

Material properties:

1. AISI 1010 steel has relatively low mechanical strength, but excellent plasticity and toughness, which makes it easy to die and form in a cold state, and easy to be cut.
